Duro Last
Roofing Systems
We are the regional leaders installing The Duro-Last vinyl roof membrane which is a proprietary thermoplastic formulation consisting of PVC resins, plasticizers, stabilizers, biocides, flame retardants and U.V. absorbents. A weft-insertion knitted scrim that is laminated between two layers of PVC film gives the membrane its strength and durability. The Duro-Last single-ply membrane is available in white, gray, dark gray, tan, or terra cotta.

With over 30 years of roofing experience, your projects will be managed by high level foremen who will insure safety and quality at every level. Every project will be staged, mobilized, executed, cleaned, and inspected for the highest standard of quality. After completion, a Duro-Last inspection will be conducted and a manufacturers warranty furnished.

Certified Contracting Services inc. has a combined total of 70 years waterproofing experience. It was birthed in a time when cookers and hot mopped roof was the application of the day. As time goes by and technology increases, a greater awareness for our environment is felt. Various membranes have been created to address new levels of concern. From APP & SBS Modified Bitumen, EPDM to TPO’s all offering different solutions however, PVC offered a complete package. Prestige Pro has become the North East Regional expert in PVC installation by being one the pioneers in the products introduction to the roofing industry.
